Superior Communications Inc. began addressing the telecommunications needs of New York area organizations after
the deregulation of the Bell companies in the mid-1980s. Superior’s founder saw a need among businesses and municipalities
to improve work efficiency through streamlined communications. Superior filled the void left by the Bell companies,
which were unwilling and unequipped to install network infrastructure.
Since Superior’s founding in 1986,
we continue to provide solutions and services to these same customers as well as many new organizations.

Leadership
Peter Borducci founded Superior Communications Inc. in 1986.
He is also the Owner and President of Solar Electric Systems, Inc., an electrical contracting firm that he established in
1975.
Mr. Borducci holds Master Electrician Licenses in New York City, and Westchester and Putnam Counties, New
York. Among his many professional affiliations, Mr. Borducci is a member of the National Electrical Contractors Association,
Inc. (NECA) and the Westchester County Electrical Licensing Board.
Mr. Borducci has been active in the electrical
and telecommunications fields since completing his military service in 1973. It was his experience in the U.S. Navy
Construction Battalion (CBs) that inspired his pursuit of the electrical and telecommunications trade and launched his entrepreneurial
career in the industry.

Sales
Raymond DeSousa has led Superior Communications’ sales team since
1998 and has approximately 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining Superior
Communications, Mr. DeSousa was the Sales & Marketing Manager at OnLine Voice, Video and Data where he was responsible
for developing the sales portfolio of all telephony and voice processing systems.
Mr. DeSousa has nearly 30 years
of experience in sales for companies such as Columbia Business Products, Inc. and Honeywell Medical Electronics.
In addition to his sales experience, Mr. DeSousa has technical expertise in telephony. He is certified in Inter-Tel,
Active Voice, Comdial and T1/ISDN.

Administration
Since Superior Communications’ founding, Laurie Thomasset
has directed the company’s administrative functions. Over the course of more than two decades, Ms. Thomasset has
helped to lay the groundwork for Superior’s continually growing staff and customer base.
In addition to
supervising administrative personnel and establishing office policies and procedures, Ms. Thomasset manages Superior’s
bonding and insurance requirements.
Ms. Thomasset has more than 25 years of office management experience, including
her role as Executive Secretary at McKinsey & Company, Inc.

Customer Service
Diane Dobraj has been Operations Manager at Superior Communications since 1999, where she ensures
that SCI’s loyal customer base enjoys unparalleled service. Ms. Dobraj is the direct point of contact for customers
and supervises all technical personnel.
Ms. Dobraj has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications
industry. Prior to joining Superior, Ms. Dobraj served in a range of technical and customer service capacities, including
her role as Lead Engineer for the United Nations at INTECOM, Inc. and as Senior Field Engineering Specialist for NYNEX Business
Information Systems. Most recently she managed and maintained all telecommunications systems for the New York office
of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
Ms. Dobraj is certified and trained in Inter-Tel, T1/ISDN,
SPRINT Protégé, and INTECOM.
